01 Who we are

UV Works Pty Ltd is an Australian UV printing business selling custom printed products including stickers and decals. When you use our website or place an order with us, these terms apply. They're written to be straightforward — if anything isn't clear, just get in touch.

02 Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you're making an offer to purchase. We'll confirm your order by email — that confirmation is when the contract between us is formed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Because we print to order, mistakes can be difficult to fix once production has started. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is a pricing error, stock issue, or if the submitted artwork does not meet our requirements. If this happens, we'll let you know promptly and issue a full refund.

03 Custom artwork & uploaded files

When you upload artwork, logos, or images for printing, you are confirming that:

• You own the artwork or have permission to use and reproduce it commercially.
• The content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• The content is not offensive, defamatory, or unlawful.

We reserve the right to decline to print any artwork we consider inappropriate or that appears to infringe on someone else's intellectual property.

Your uploaded files are used solely to fulfil your order. We will not share, sell, or use your artwork for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Print quality depends largely on the quality of the file you supply. We strongly recommend reading our Artwork Guidelines before placing your order. We are not liable for poor print results caused by low-resolution or incorrectly prepared files.

04 Pricing & payment

All prices on our website are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We use Shopify's secure payment processing — we do not store your card details.

05 Shipping & delivery

We currently ship within Australia only, via Australia Post. All orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours of order confirmation. Delivery timeframes vary by location — full details are available on our Shipping Policy page.

Once an order has been handed to Australia Post and tracking has been issued, responsibility for delivery passes to them. If your order goes missing, we'll help you follow it up, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by Australia Post.

06 Returns & refunds

Because every order is custom printed to your specifications, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or we've made an error on our end, we will make it right — either with a reprint or a refund.

To raise an issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the problem. We'll sort it out as quickly as we can.

If you supplied incorrect artwork or approved a file that printed as expected but isn't what you wanted, we're unfortunately not able to offer a refund — so please double-check your files before ordering.

07 Our products

We take pride in the quality of our prints and stand behind what we make. That said, there are a few things worth knowing:

• Colours on screen (RGB) may appear slightly different when printed (CMYK). We do our best to match as closely as possible, but exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless agreed in advance.
• Product descriptions and images on our website are as accurate as possible, but minor variations may occur.
• Our stickers are UV-printed and water-resistant, but longevity depends on the surface they're applied to and conditions they're exposed to.

08 Limitation of liability

We're a small Australian business and we'll always do our best to deliver a great product and service. To the extent permitted by Australian consumer law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

We are not liable for any indirect losses arising from the use of our products — for example, if a sticker doesn't adhere correctly to a surface or causes any unintended damage.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.

09 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We'll only make changes when there's a good reason to — we're not in the business of hiding nasty surprises in the fine print.
