Refunds & Returns
Last updated: 1 June 2026 · UV Works Pty Ltd
01 Our approach to refunds
At UV Works, every order is custom printed to your specifications. Because of this, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases — once we've printed your order, that product exists solely for you.
That said, we stand behind the quality of our work. If something goes wrong on our end, we will always make it right.
02 When we will refund or reprint
You are entitled to a reprint or full refund if:
- Your order arrives damaged or defective.
- We made an error with your order — wrong product, wrong size, or a print that does not match the approved artwork.
- Your order is lost in transit and cannot be located after an investigation with Australia Post.
In these cases, we will offer you the choice of a reprint at no cost or a full refund to your original payment method. We'll process this as quickly as we can once the issue has been confirmed.
03 When we are unable to refund
We are not able to offer a refund or reprint in the following situations:
- You change your mind after the order has been placed and printing has begun.
- The artwork you supplied was low resolution, incorrectly sized, or otherwise not print-ready, and the result reflects that. Please review our Artwork Guidelines before ordering.
- Colours in the final print appear slightly different from what you saw on screen. Screen-to-print colour variation is normal and is not considered a defect.
- You provided incorrect delivery details resulting in a failed or misdirected delivery.
04 How to raise an issue
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, here's what to do:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
- We'll review it and get back to you within 1–2 business days with a resolution.
The sooner you get in touch, the faster we can sort it out. You can reach us via our Contact page or directly at uvworksau@gmail.com.
05 Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major fault, is not fit for purpose, or does not match its description.
If you believe your consumer rights have not been met, you can contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or your state's fair trading authority for guidance.
