Shipping Policy

01 Where we ship
We currently ship to all addresses within Australia only. We are based in Sydney, NSW and dispatch all orders via Australia Post.
International shipping is not available at this time, however we are working to offer this in the near future — see Section 7.
02 Order processing times
As a custom print-to-order business, all products are printed and prepared after your order is placed. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours of order confirmation.
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time. Business hours are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
03 Delivery timeframes
All orders are shipped via Australia Post from Sydney, NSW. Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are as follows:

These are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. Christmas) or due to circumstances outside our control.
04 Shipping costs
After the promotional period, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and your delivery location. We will update this page when standard shipping rates come into effect.
05 Order tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number.
You can track your parcel at any time via the Australia Post tracking portal.
06 Missing or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking number first via Australia Post's website to get the latest status update.
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, here is what to do:
- Contact us — reach out via our contact page and we will follow up with Australia Post on our end to investigate the shipment.
- Lodge a missing item claim with Australia Post — you will also need to submit a claim directly through Australia Post on your side. Their claims process can be started at auspost.com.au.
07 International shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We are working to expand our delivery options and hope to offer international orders in the near future.

08 Changes to this policy
Our shipping options, rates, and timeframes may change as we grow. We will update this page to reflect any changes, including the "Last updated" date at the top. We recommend checking back periodically, particularly around the end of our free shipping promotional period.
