Orders & Products

We specialise in high-quality UV-printed custom stickers and decals. Our products are printed using professional UV printing technology, delivering vibrant colours and sharp detail with excellent durability. We are also expanding our product range, so check back regularly for new additions.

Absolutely — that's what we're all about. You can upload your own artwork, logo, or image when placing your order and we'll print it exactly as supplied. Please ensure your file meets our artwork guidelines for the best result.

We accept the following file formats for custom print orders:

  • PNG (preferred — supports transparency)
  • JPG / JPEG
  • PDF
  • AI or PSD (please flatten layers before uploading)

For best print quality, we recommend supplying files at a minimum of 300 DPI at the intended print size. Low-resolution files may result in a softer or pixelated print.

Yes, absolutely. Your uploaded images and artwork are used solely to fulfil your order. We will never sell, share, or use your designs for any marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

We cater to both small and larger orders. There is no minimum order quantity — whether you need one sticker or a bulk run, we've got you covered. Pricing may vary based on quantity, so larger orders often represent better value per unit.

If you have specific concerns about how your artwork will look, please contact us before placing your order and we can discuss options. For standard orders, we print directly from the file supplied, so please review your artwork carefully before submitting.

Printing & Quality

We use professional UV printing technology. UV printing cures ink instantly using ultraviolet light, producing sharp, vibrant prints that are more resistant to fading, scratching, and moisture compared to standard inkjet printing.

Yes. Our UV-printed stickers are water-resistant and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. They hold up well against moisture, sunlight, and general wear and tear, making them ideal for use on vehicles, water bottles, laptops, and more.

We do our best to reproduce your artwork as accurately as possible. However, colours can appear slightly different in print compared to a screen, as monitors display colours using light (RGB) while printing uses ink (CMYK). For colour-critical work, we recommend supplying your artwork in CMYK colour mode where possible.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship Australia-wide only. We are based in Sydney, NSW and dispatch all orders via Australia Post. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!

All orders are printed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • NSW / ACT — 3–5 business days (regular), 1–2 days (express)
  • VIC / QLD — 3–6 business days (regular), 1–2 days (express)
  • SA / TAS / NT — up to 10 business days (regular), 2–4 days (express)
  • WA — up to 13 business days (regular), 3–5 days (express)

We are currently offering free shipping on all Australian orders for our first three months of operation, starting 1 June 2026. After the promotional period, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery location.

Yes — every order is shipped with tracking. You'll receive your Australia Post tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.

First, check your tracking number via the Australia Post website for the latest update on your parcel. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please do two things:

  • Contact us — we'll follow up with Australia Post on our end to investigate.
  • Lodge a missing item claim with Australia Post — you'll need to do this directly through their website at auspost.com.au.

Once a parcel has been handed to Australia Post, responsibility for delivery passes to them, but we'll always do our best to help resolve things as quickly as possible.

Returns & Issues

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a resolution, which may include a reprint or replacement.

Because our products are custom-printed to your specifications, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we have made an error with your order. If there is an issue on our end, we will always make it right. Please contact us and we'll sort it out.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can often make amendments before the order goes to print. Once printing has begun, we may not be able to make changes, so please double-check your artwork and order details carefully before submitting.
