Sticker Spotlight: Chanel's Baby on Board i30N

At UV Works, some projects are special not because they're complicated, but because of the story behind them.

When Chanel was preparing to welcome her beautiful baby boy, she wanted a Baby on Board sticker for her Hyundai i30N that felt personal rather than generic. As a new and proud i30N owner, it was important that the design improved on the car.

Our Challenge

The vision was simple: create a miniature version of Chanel's i30N in Meta Blue and pair it with a cute baby boy character sitting proudly on top, wearing a racing helmet.

Simple design always focuses on small attention to detail. The sticker needed to match the exact colour combination of her car to make it instantly recognisable as a custom. The baby boy definitely needed to look happy and cute sitting in the car with a colour-matched helmet.

Size was another important consideration. The i30N isn't a large vehicle, so the sticker needed to be big enough to clearly communicate "Baby on Board" to other drivers, while remaining subtle enough to complement the car's sporty design rather than dominate it. Balancing visibility with aesthetics was a key part of the design process.

The result is a sticker that functions as a safety sign but looks like a custom piece of automotive artwork.

More Than Just a Baby on Board Sticker

What makes custom projects like this special is the meaning behind them, and the happiness it brings.

This sticker wasn't simply about notifying other drivers that a baby was travelling in the car. It was as much for herself — about capturing an important milestone in Chanel's life while celebrating her love for her i30N. And ensuring there is a designer flair in the execution so she will be proud to wear this sticker many years from now.

The family loved it so much that Chanel's father also asked about a "Grandchild on Board" sticker.

We loved bringing Chanel's idea to life and creating something that feels completely personal to her. Congratulations Chanel!
